Delfin English School is seeking an European Student Recruitment Executive to support student recruitment and market development across key European territories.

The school operates across multiple segments, including adult courses, junior programmes, summer groups, and short-term educational stays.
About the role
This position combines strategic market involvement with hands-on execution.
The successful candidate will work with existing leads, contribute to market-level recruitment strategy, and actively develop B2B partnerships across selected European markets.
The role also includes recruitment activity for summer programmes, junior groups, and mini-stays, requiring strong market understanding and relationship-driven sales capability.
Responsibilities
Executing and converting existing student enquiries into confirmed bookings
Contributing to recruitment strategy for assigned European markets
Developing and managing B2B partnerships with agencies, schools, and group organisers
Recruiting students for summer programmes, junior groups, and short-term stays
Managing relationships with overseas partners and representatives
Maintaining accurate records and pipelines within CRM systems
Achieving defined booking and revenue objectives
Working closely with internal academic and operations teams to ensure programme delivery
Qualifications
Proven experience in international student recruitment, sales, or international education
Strong, in-depth understanding of at least one European student market (e.g. Italy, France, Germany, Spain)
Market knowledge demonstrated through professional experience, partnerships, or sustained recruitment activity
At least B2 level of English
Ability to operate in both strategic planning and execution-focused sales environments
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in B2B contexts
Clear sense of prioritisation and pipeline management
Experience working within team-based, target-driven environments
Experience using CRM systems and structured recruitment or sales processes
Availability to work on-site in Dublin
Openness to a future hybrid working model, subject to performance and operational needs
