Aircraft Contract Management Lead
We are seeking a seasoned Aircraft Contract Management Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex aircraft contracts, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with industry standards.
* Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional contract management services, covering lease administration, document control, and insurance processes.
* Develop and implement strategic policies and procedures to optimize delivery and redelivery processes, securing approval and adherence from key stakeholders.
* Oversee fleet and transactional insurance management, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on contract-related matters and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a portfolio of letters of credit, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with lease agreements and company policies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies, driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Administration: Manage the entire lifecycle of aircraft transactions, including deliveries, redeliveries, sales, and acquisitions.
* Insurance Management: Oversee fleet and transactional insurance coverage, ensuring optimal risk mitigation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the aviation industry.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional contract management services, with a strong focus on compliance and customer satisfaction.
