Our client, a global healthcare organisation, is hiring experienced Business Analysts with a proven track record in intake management and forensic business process analysis.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and understanding complex business problems, mapping current processes and defining clear, actionable requirements to support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the intake of business requests, ensuring clarity, prioritisation and alignment with strategic goals.
Forensically analyse existing business processes to uncover inefficiencies, gaps and root causes of problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, document and validate business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear documentation including process maps, use cases and functional specifications.
Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Skillset
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex, global environments.
Strong intake and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and document business processes with precision.
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
