HR & Compliance Team Lead at Akeso Healthsearch (formerly AGC Healthcare)
Akeso Healthsearch (formerly AGC Healthcare) is currently hiring a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to join the existing team. This is a 6-month contract role with a possibility for extension.

The ideal candidate should have:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in secretarial/personal assistant/executive administration.
* Ability to prioritise and manage own work, complete all necessary tasks on time, with an acute attention to detail.
* Be able to multiple-task in a fast-paced and target driven environment.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various people and convey the information clearly.
* Be able to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
* Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
* Flexibility in adjusting to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
* Have experience in planning and managing events and meetings.
* Ability to work well with all levels of internal staff, as well as clients and candidates.
* Possess a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include:
* Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing the Managing Director’s calendar to optimize time and prevent conflicts.
* Handling phone calls, emails, and responding on behalf of the MD.
* Organizing and coordinating meetings and events, including preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations, managing databases, and maintaining systems.
* Running errands, managing tasks, and assisting with various projects when required.
* Support other ad hoc duties when required.
