Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in helping deliver world-class quality products to customers through effective supply chain management.
1. Develop and implement supply chain processes suitable for low volume, high complexity multi-technology environments.
2. Manage suppliers to deliver quality products by investigating and evaluating product and process issues.
3. Liaise with external suppliers to ensure they are trained and adhere to quality and regulatory requirements.
4. Issue corrective action reports and work with suppliers on root cause investigations and corrective actions.
5. Conduct supplier performance reviews and report key supplier quality metrics.
6. Support technology transfer initiatives and new projects.
7. Involving the assessment and selection of new suppliers where applicable.
8. Provide day-to-day inspection expertise support to the Purchased Material Inspection Department in areas of component and mechatronic inspection.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in quality management or a related field.
* A third-level qualification (Diploma/Degree) in Quality Management, Mechatronics, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience in leading and being part of teams and projects with strong communication skills written and verbal.
* Ability to work in technically complex multi-discipline areas across the whole supply chain, including the supplier environment.
