Ideal for a self-starter who thrives on independent projects.? Key Responsibilities Coordinate performance management for high-value contracts, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost efficiency. Develop and maintain performance records, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and scorecards. Support strategic contract planning and pipeline management to meet timelines with clear, measurable objectives. Validate cost changes and negotiate scope adjustments to achieve best value; ensure suppliers meet agreed standards. Manage invoicing, financial reporting, and key outsourced services like waste management to hit efficiency targets. Implement SOPs, contingency plans, business continuity, and training for resilient 24/7 operations. Benchmark against industry peers to adopt best practices and maximize value across contract lifecycles. Partner with functions like finance, legal, risk, and insurance to align contract terms. Required Knowledge and Experience At least 2 years in contracts, performance management, or similar roles. Experience delivering SLAs and performance frameworks. Familiarity with tender processes and procurement. Proven relationship-building, stakeholder influence, and negotiation skills.
