Job Description We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth in assigned accounts through consultative sales and account management. As an Account Executive, you will work with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and growing Docusign's incremental revenue. Responsibilities * Qualify sales opportunities based on Docusign's sales methodology and metrics. * Position Docusign's value proposition as part of the overall business solution, linking benefits back to key business issues. * Expand the Docusign solution beyond implementation, seeking new business opportunities by presenting and upselling new products and services. * Process sales orders and facilitate customer onboarding. * Handle customer needs for engagement with other Docusign resources, such as professional services and training. * Enlist customers to participate in Docusign events. * Provide accurate and timely reports and forecasts for management. * Develop and maintain sophisticated knowledge of Docusign's products and services. * Maintain current and accurate account information in CRM database. * Manage customer loyalty, serving as an internal advocate and escalation point.
