About This Role
This position involves providing support to individuals in their daily lives, promoting their dignity and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities
* Work within a framework that aligns with the overall objectives and policies of our organization.
* Implement care plans with clients as directed by team members.
* Provide assistance with daily activities, ensuring the dignity and wellbeing of clients are promoted.
* Remind service users to take their medication.
* Offer relief care for colleagues or carers as required.
* Report any concerns to team leaders or project workers.
Requirements
* A Level 5 QQI Healthcare qualification or equivalent.
* A minimum of one year's post-qualification experience in a related field.
* A full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Excellent communication skills.
