* We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships with patients, providing exceptional support throughout their patient journey.
* Support the clinical team in maintaining the smooth running of the practice, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
* Record and monitor all implant referrals, managing diary appointments and treatment schedules effectively.
* Co-ordinate meetings, educational programs, study days, and open evenings, promoting team collaboration and growth.
* Undertake reception duties, providing an excellent first impression for our patients.
Requirements
* A personable, positive, and enthusiastic approach with a strong customer focus.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
* Previous administrative experience, preferably within a dental setting.
* Competent using Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Desirable: previous dental nursing experience.
