Accountant/Accounts and Office Manager FRS Recruitment Location: Tralee Salary: Open to Negotiations Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm FRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accountant /Accounts and Office Manager for Kingdom Printers, which is our Tralee town-based client.
You will oversee the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business.
You will play a key role in supporting the financial management and long-term success of the company.
This is a key role within the company, requiring a proactive individual who can manage accounts, support operations, and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance: Perform day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and weekly payroll Bank transactions including payments & bank reconciliations Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Coordinate with external accountants to ensure the timely preparation of year-end financial statements Manage Tender submissions Office Management: Supervise and support office staff Coordinate with IT, Directors and other departments as needed Handle confidential information with discretion Maintain and implement office procedures/administrative systems Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) Accounting Technician qualification is acceptable for the right person Experience in industry or in accountancy practice with knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the accounts function Excellent attention to detail with strong personal and communication skills This is a full-time, in-house position, Monday to Friday.
