**Clinical Leadership Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Facilitator to lead clinical practice and support nursing staff.
This full-time position offers a challenging opportunity for experienced nurses to drive strategic vision, provide clinical leadership, and foster good working relationships throughout the nursing service.
The successful candidate will be professionally accountable to the Director of Nursing and responsible for implementing the strategic vision and direction for nursing. Key responsibilities include:

* Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

To excel in this role, candidates must have extensive experience in acute hospital settings, hold a registration in the General Division of the Register of Nurses, and demonstrate ongoing commitment to personal and professional development.
