Office Administrator | 30-35K | D6

My client is currently looking for an Office manager to join their busy team, this role is on-site 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answering the phone
2. Checking and responding to sales and shipping emails.
3. Entering data on the Company OPS system
4. Creating approval lists, current production lists and tea offer lists.
5. Keeping Excel files updated with the latest shipping information.
6. Creating Contracts
7. Updating clients with weekly shipping updates.
8. Checking copy shipping documents, preparing invoices and preparing original shipping documents.
9. Dealing with Rain Forest Alliance and keeping records updated.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

10. 2+ years in office administration or operations, preferably in small to mid-sized companies.
11. Prior exposure to purchase order systems, invoicing, and basic finance workflows.
12. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
13. Skilled in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
14. Comfortable learning industry-specific platforms (e.g., accounting or ERP systems).
15. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
16. Excellent communication both written and verbal in a professional context.
17. Self-sufficient and reliable, yet collaborative with the ability to work effectively in small teams.
18. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
