Purpose of the roleThe Talent, Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training and development programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational objectives. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training initiatives meet CHI's business needs and comply with relevant regulations (JCI Standards).This role includes supporting in the design and delivery of early careers initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of talent.
