Winners of multiple Irish Franchise awards, including Service Franchise of the Year on three separate occasions.The Role:Our client is now seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with exceptional customer service skills to join their team in Sandyford. This position is interdisciplinary and will be a hybrid of customer service, print production with some design. The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with the Snap team, oversee light production devices, be reasonably familiar with the adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) and liaise with customers on our broad and varied customer base. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, providing an excellent learning and development opportunity. This is a customer facing role and is office based 5 days per week.Key Responsibilities:The successful applicant will assist clients in determining their needs, proposing the appropriate solution to meet those needs and then utilise their graphic design skills to enhance and implement the mutually agreed proposal for print.On occasion, production of print ready artwork will be requiredSee projects through to completion, from concept and design to productionTraining will be provided in the use of production machineryMeet strict deadlines by competing work flow and strictly managing timeWill collaborate with other team members and effectively communicate ideasCreating customer quotes and follow-up, based on customer needs (with a high attention to detail, conversion and client satisfaction).
