 
        
        We are expanding our accounts team and require a Full-Time accounts person to join us.
Job Desciption
 * Accurately record and post daily financial transactions.
 * Process accounts payable invoices and reconcile supplier balances against statements.
 * Verify accuracy of invoices and delivery dockets and follow up on credit notes.
 * Complete accurate daily bank postings and reconciliations.
 * Process payroll hours efficiently and in line with deadlines.
 * Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.
 * Maintain detailed and accurate financial records on a daily basis.
 * Record and track project costs across multiple sites.
 * Support HR and administration with timesheets and expenses.
 * Assist in developing and improving finance systems and processes.
Requirements
 * Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including accounts payable/receivable.
 * Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy accounts or bookkeeping role.
 * Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
 * Ability to adapt, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
