Financial Accountant Multinational 12-Month FTC - 2 Days Office
Join Robert Walters as a Financial Accountant for a 12-month fixed-term contract with a 2-day office requirement in Dublin West, one of the world's most renowned multinationals. This role offers a strong pathway to a permanent position within a growing EMEA finance team. Salary ranges from €60,000 to €70,000 DOE and PQE.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounting for 5 EMEA entities
* Support financial reporting across these entities
* Handle bank, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting
* Compile and analyze financial data for external compliance
* Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes with commentary
* Maintain financial records in line with policies and procedures
* Report and pay taxes including payroll, corporate tax, and VAT within deadlines
* Meet internal and external reporting deadlines
* Coordinate with internal audit for audits, SOX testing, and recommendations
* Manage relationships with external service providers
* Support ad hoc projects as needed
Key Requirements
* Qualified Accountant
* Experience with multinational, multi-co code environments
* Financial, tax, and statutory accounting experience
* Strong financial and logistics systems skills
* Advanced Excel skills
