Role Overview:
This position involves supporting individuals who are blind or vision impaired to achieve employment, training, and education goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide case management support and develop personalized plans for participants.
* Promote job readiness training and offer intensive job search assistance.
* Collaborate with employers to secure sustainable placements.
* Tailor services to meet the unique needs of each participant.
Requirements
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field such as social studies, community work, health/social care, psychology, or related discipline.
* Familiarity with national employment policies and rights promotion.
* Experience working with service users to assess quality in services.
* Strong communication, report writing, and facilitation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
