This is the global system used to record financial interests in aircraft and aircraft engines.
It is established under the Cape Town Convention, and registrations made in the system are legally recognised by courts worldwide.

About the Role This is a professional, customer-facing role with a high level of decision-making, autonomy, and critical thinking.
You will be trusted to interpret policy, assess documentation, and apply sound judgment in real time.
Youll combine analytical thinking with operational execution: Vetting & Onboarding: Review applications, verify identities and documentation, and approve or decline access.
Customer Support & Training: Guide users via email/Phone/online chat on account access, searching, and registrations.
Issue Triage & Bug Reporting: Gather information from the customer, assess whether the behaviour is expected or a bug, reproduce where possible, and provide clear, concise details to the Product/Technical teams.
Ad-hoc Reporting & Insight Sharing: Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports (e.g., volume trends, issue themes) to support internal decision-making and track trends.
Continuous Improvement:Actively look for ways to improve our processes and system, based on customer feedback and your own observations, and help drive those changes.
Quality:High quality output with adherence to key processes and procedures.
Manufacturer Data: Liaise with manufacturers to ensure data is accurately uploaded to the system.
Objective-Based Projects: In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, each team member works on individual objectives and improvement projects that support the wider company goals.
System Testing: Ad-hoc testing of new features and updates before releases to ensure accuracy, usability, and smooth customer experience.
Full training is provided; you dont need prior aviation experience, but you must enjoy learning complex systems and explaining them clearly.
