This is a hands-on role where you'll provide technical support, assist with IT security, and help implement and maintain systems across the business.You will work alongside the IT Manager, development teams, and operational teams, helping to lighten the IT Manager's workload while gaining exposure to multiple systems and IT processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for acareer-focused role in a collaborative and supportive environment.This is not a typical support role—candidates will get exposure to multiple systems, have opportunities to learn, and contribute to designing and implementing IT solutions.Key responsibilitiesProvide Level 2 IT support across the organization (hardware, software, network issues).Support company-wide information security (email security, incident resolution, access management).Assist with mobile device management and related security processes.Help design, set up, and implement IT systems and workflows, with guidance from the IT Manager.Collaborate closely with the development team and other operational groups.Help optimize IT workflows and automate processes where possible.Participate in IT projects, providing technical input and practical solutions.Support end-users with day-to-day IT needs, ensuring smooth operations across devices.Profile:Minimum of 1 year full-time experience in IT support or security roles.Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in mobile device management or general IT security .Knowledge of IT security best practices (email security, incident management, access control).Experience with mobile device management solutions.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small IT team, collaborating across departments.Confident in their technical abilities and able to communicate effectively with colleagues.Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, collaborative team environment.Ideally living within commuting distance of Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
