Accounts Assistant/Administrator
Part Time Role - 12 Hours per week
Admin/Accounts Experience Microsoft Office Microsoft Excel Outlook Sharepoint
Communication Skills Organisational Skills
This is a broad role that encompasses typical office administrator responsibilities, including managing day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as handling a variety of ad hoc duties.
Tasks
Experience in Excel managing costs
Managing Email.
Knowledge of RCT and registering contracts on Revenue Site
Payments to suppliers, sub-contractors and weekly wages
Recording outstanding invoices and keeping record of invoices due
Issuing statements to Clients
Managing National Fleet Database, Insurance for vehicles, Public Liability and Employers Insurance
Preparing Safety Files.
Duties relevant to the position that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
