About You
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
Practice experience within a general practice/accountancy firm environment
Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and Irish taxation
Confident managing client relationships independently
Experience reviewing work and supporting junior staff is desirable
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
Proactive and self‑motivated approach to work
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and client requirements
About Your New Role
Always
Manage a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
Prepare and review year‑end accounts and financial statements
Prepare personal and corporate tax returns
Deliver assignments accurately and within agreed deadlines
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide day‑to‑day support and advice to clients

Review work prepared by junior team members
Assist with training and mentoring junior staff
Support advisory and consultancy assignments
Liaise directly with clients regarding queries and deadlines
Identify opportunities to improve processes and client service delivery

Attend client meetings and support business development activity
