This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an evolving environment, enjoys being hands-on, and is confident driving delivery across multiple departments.
What You'll Do Lead and deliver end-to-end digital transformation and ICT programmes.
Work closely with department heads to unblock challenges, move initiatives forward and ensure alignment across the business.
Own programme planning, governance, timelines and reporting.
Take a hands-on approach where needed — from shaping requirements to supporting delivery teams.
Drive continuous improvement, ensuring programmes are delivered on time and to a high standard.
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering digital and ICT transformation projects .
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence, challenge and collaborate with senior leaders.
Hands-on approach with the ability to dive into detail when required.
Ideally experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare) delivering ICT projects.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
