Role & Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and support high-quality backend and full-stack solutions using modern .NET technologies.
* Deliver well-structured, maintainable code aligned with engineering best practices.
* Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features.
* Contribute to real-time, performance-driven, and user-focused web applications.
* Improve delivery processes through automation, testing, and CI/CD practices.
* Assess and introduce new tools or technologies to enhance platform performance and team efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills:
* 4+ years of professional experience developing solutions within the .NET ecosystem.
* Strong hands-on expertise with C#, modern .NET versions, and relational databases.
* Solid experience with unit testing and quality-driven development practices.
* Practical knowledge of cloud platforms and modern delivery pipelines.
* Familiarity with containerisation, CI/CD workflows, and deployment strategies.
* Experience building applications using Blazor.
* Proven ability to optimise performance across frontend and backend components.
* Experience debugging, testing, and tuning browser-based applications.
* Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
* Strong proficiency across ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
Nice to Have:
* Exposure to large-scale or high-availability full-stack systems.
* Experience working in highly collaborative Agile teams.
