As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and delivering excellent service to our customers in the Irish pharmacy market. Key objectives include expanding our business through strategic partnerships, ensuring seamless execution of plans and activations, and identifying opportunities to grow our Specialised Nutritional brands with key accounts.


Key Responsibilities

The role involves:

* Customer Profitability: You will be responsible for net sales, investment, and customer profitability for our SN Consumer portfolio in the Pharmacy Channel Republic of Ireland & N. Ireland.
* Execution: Flawless execution of plans and agreed activations is crucial throughout the year.
* Promotional, Investment and Price Management: You will manage promotional and pricing plans, ensuring internal alignment and communication to customers.
* Customer & Internal Team Engagement: Building and executing channel-specific plans, maintaining relationships, and identifying new business opportunities is essential.


About You

We seek a leader with:

* Leadership skills.
* Commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
* Negotiation skills including must gets, wish lists, and concessions.
