Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Treasury Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to treasury management.
The primary goal is to ensure the smooth operation of our treasury function by implementing best practices and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
* Transaction Management: You will be responsible for managing all transactions related to our treasury operations, including bank statements, cash postings, sales invoices, and credit notes.
* Reconciliation: Accurate reconciliation of banking and credit card fees is crucial in this role. You will need to monitor and reconcile these transactions regularly.
* Intercompany Cash Movements: Administering intercompany cash movements and assisting with intercompany management charge invoices are key responsibilities in this position.
* Petty Cash Transactions: Manage petty cash transactions, customer postings, receipts, and refunds.
* Foreign Currency Accounts: Post foreign currency accounts weekly and reconcile marketplace control accounts.

Additional Responsibilities:
As a Treasury Officer, you will also work on specific projects aimed at improving existing processes, procedures, enabling automation/RPA, ensuring all policies and procedures are well documented across treasury, and completing ad hoc training with team members when required.
