Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in The Heritage Hotel, Killenard, Co Laois for a Director of Sales and Marketing. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue goals. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, driving customer acquisition and retention initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, and leading business development efforts. The Director will guide a sales and marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and aligned priorities while maintaining strong client relationships to support the company’s overall vision and operational excellence.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to generate leads, close deals, and monitor performance metrics.
* Strong experience in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities.
* Proven ability to lead Team Management efforts, inspire and develop diverse teams.
* Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
* Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and familiarity with marketing tools and trends.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or similar is a plus.
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
* Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
