Assist with agency instructions to include the sale and leasing of all types of commercial / residential property.
Assist with the marketing of properties and pitches.

Maintain and update databases, ensure timely responses and that all details are recorded accurately on the relevant system.
Utilise all relevant technology systems provided, maintain up to date and accurate records, ensuring valuations are continually and appropriately recorded.
Key skills required Degree in Real Estate, Property Economics, Surveying or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Clear and effective communicator Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to develop professionally Desirable: Previous internship in property or related field Interested in pursuing professional accreditation (SCSI/RICS)
