Hook & Ladder are delighted to be hiring for a kitchen porter to join our team in the Limerick area where you will work across a variety of stores engaging with different teams and making friends for lifeKey Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of all Washup areas, equipment, and utensilsEnsure dishwashing areas are kept clean and organisedManage waste and recycling in accordance with hygiene standardsFollow all health and safety procedures, including HACCPWork efficiently to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, especially during busy service timesQualifications:A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work hardAbility to work well in a team and take instructionPrevious experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred but not essentialStrong attention to detail and hygieneMust be eligible to work in IrelandWEEKDAY availability is essential.
