Legal PA | Dublin City | Hybrid | 45-50K
My client who is based in D2 are currently looking for a Legal PA to assist in supporting 2x partner in the litigation department. The role will consist of PA/administration duties and would suit someone from a medium to large law firm background, with 3+ year’s experience.
My client is offering Hybrid Working (4 days on-site/1 at home) + a great benefits package (Pension/Healthcare)
The role
The role is versatile and requires a proactive individual with a flexible approach, excellent attention to detail, an ability to build strong relationships and to remain calm under pressure. The individual will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating their flexibility to manage an ever-changing working environment.
What you'll do
* Supporting team of Associates with admin duties (printing, doc amends etc)
* Facilitating all client and internal meetings
* Liaising with clients representatives to arrange local and international meetings
* General administration including creation of letters; emails; updating memos; transaction documents; articles, pitch docs etc. in Word/Excel/PowerPoint
* Updating and maintaining contacts lists
* Liaise with Partners and Business Services departments including IT and Accounts
* Matter management support including opening and closing files and client WIP updates
* Matter Billing
* Travel arrangements
* Liaising with our travel management company with regards to flights, hotel accommodation, local transportation
* Organising logistics for overseas travel including visas, local currency and transport within country of destination
* Submitting and arranging reimbursement of expenses
* Maintaining an accurate record of all travel
About you
* Demonstrable level of experience supporting senior leadership within a professional services environment
* Proficient use of MOS including Excel and PowerPoint
* Dictaphone typing skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Confident and professional communication skills/manner at all levels
* Excellent priortisation skills and acute attention to detail
* Ability to use own initiative and remain calm under pressure
* Proven team player
* Pro-active and can do attitude
