About the Job
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to provide daily support to our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in basic office software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering busy telephones and providing daily customer service support
* Processing orders and payments accurately and efficiently
* Liaising with drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations
* Managing credit control and ensuring timely payments
* Handling lodgments and ensuring accurate record-keeping
* Maintaining stock control, ensuring correct levels are managed
* Occasionally driving to other depots as needed
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* A customer-focused, polite, and friendly demeanor
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Experience in Sales Administration is preferred but not essential
* Proficiency with computers and basic office software
* Availability to work Saturdays on a rotational basis
