Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Regulatory Affairs Operations - Operational Associate to join our Content Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for operational activities relevant to the electronic Document Management System under implementation in the Company (Veeva RIM - Submission and Submission Archive Modules) for regulatory purposes.
We are currently offering a fixed-term contract for a person based in Ireland.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
In this role, you will mainly support the implementation and post-release maintenance of Veeva Submissions and Archive executing practical and technical tasks, with a primary focus on migrating portfolio-wide registration dossiers and supporting documentation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in scientific fields;
Good spoken and written English;
Aptitude for IT environment (basic and specific software to be used);
Experience with the Veeva Vault RIM platform is highly desirable;
The candidates should be dynamic, proactive and willing-to-do person;
The candidate should have good communication, problem solving and team working skills.
