Contract: Temporary - 30th Nov to 31st Dec 2025
Sheridans Cheesemonger is looking for Seasonal Warehouse Operatives and a Christmas Relief Delivery Driver to support our busy operations during the festive period.
Warehouse Operatives are responsible for ensuring that all food products - ambient and fresh - are received, stored, re-packed, and picked accurately for customer delivery, maintaining the highest quality standards.
The Relief Delivery Driver will deliver goods to customers and suppliers, maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness, and support warehouse operations when needed.
Responsibilities
* Warehouse Operative: Receive, store, and organise stock in designated areas.
* Warehouse Operative: Pick and pack customer orders to the highest standards.
* Warehouse Operative: Handle cheese and other food products carefully in both refrigerated and ambient environments.
* Relief Delivery Driver: Deliver goods to customers and collect from suppliers.
* Relief Delivery Driver: Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness.
* Relief Delivery Driver: Ensure safe loading and secure transport of goods.
* Relief Delivery Driver: Follow road safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
* Valid driving licence (for Relief Driver role).
* Professional, courteous, and reliable attitude.
* Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
* Flexible and able to work in a busy seasonal environment.
