Job Purpose
To provide leadership for the staff team and to take responsibility for ensuring high quality and best practice standards are maintained in the Nursery.
This is a key position of accountability in relation to the overall delivery of the service provided by the Nursery.
Your Role:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations
2. Facilitate regular team meetings
3. To keep a detailed monthly work plan and meet regularly with the Nursery Director to discuss work plan and running of the service.
The successful candidate must have
4. Degree in Early Childhood Education (required)
5. 2+ years experience managing a similar size service
6. Strong knowledge of Tusla, Pobal & HSE regulations
7. To be well versed in the Aistear and Siolta programmes.
8. Comprehensive command of the English language both orally and written
9. Good command of I.T
10. Confident leader with great organisational skills
11. Excellent Communication skills
