Job Description:
A dynamic and experienced Service Manager is required to lead our team of engineers. The successful candidate will be office-based in Meath and will be responsible for organising the activities of a team of circa 30 field service engineers.
They will monitor engineers' productivity, ensuring daily KPIs/targets are being achieved. The Service Manager will also lead and guide the entire service team, including 5 office/admin staff.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Service Manager in charge of a team of Field Service Engineers.
Additionally, they must possess strong communication skills, be personable with the service team and clients alike, and have strong phone and administrative skills.
