Business Manager/ Partner Opportunity – Bar/ Café / Restaurant
Seeking an experienced passionate hospitality professional to join as a hands-on business partner in developing a café/restaurant/bar concept. Existing licensed premises in a rural but busy and expanding village with space and potential to develop into food and coffee.
This is a long-term venture with shared ownership, responsibilities, and decision-making. You'll be the front of the business — leading service, coffee, food, and customer experience.

Requirements:
* Proven hospitality experience (barista, bar tending, kitchen, front-of-house).
* Strong knowledge (and skills) of coffee, food, and customer service.
* Business and sales knowledge and/or qualifications.
* Willingness to work hands-on.
* A clear business plan and vision for the venture
* Reliable, collaborative, positive and committed to building a successful business.

Pay: €30,000.00-€100,000.00 per year
