Sigma Homes is an award winning design and build team based in Douglas.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll technician to join our growing finance team.
The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for preparing weekly payroll from site and office timesheets and filing Tax returns.
Key Responsibilities:
. Payroll processing including expenses
· Preparation and submission of PAYE returns and other ROS filings
. Reconciliation of wage/pension balance sheet control accounts
· Proficient in excel
· Work as part of the finance team providing support as required
· Key Requirements:
· Payroll Technician, other accountancy qualification or strong experience required. HR experience/ qualification an advantage
· Critical thinker with the ability to analyse situations and provide solutions
· Strong Sage experience
· 5+ Years payroll experience
· Strong written and verbal skills
· Experience using SAGE 50 & Sage Payroll accounting/payroll package essential
· An individual who can multi-task and work to deadlines
Salary €30,000-€40,000 pro-rated DOE
Monday -Wednesday/Thursday 25-hour week.
