What you'll be doing:
* Managing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients
* Overseeing customer orders from start to completion
* Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
* Handling client queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
* Coordinating with other departments to keep everything running smoothly
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting process improvements
What we're looking for:
* At least 2 years' experience in a B2B Customer Service role
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team
