Senior Electrical Engineer Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: €60,000 to € 75,000DOE Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent A Senior Electrical Engineer is required to lead full electrical design on projects ranging from building services to medium voltage (MV) systems. You will manage project teams, oversee cost control, quality assurance, and introduce new technologies, while mentoring junior staff in a collaborative consultancy environment. Responsibilities: Manage full electrical design across projects of all sizes, including MV topology. Provide quality control and ensure adherence to standards. Lead project cost control and financial management. Manage project and cross-functional teams. Mentor and develop team members. Travel to client and project sites for meetings and surveys. Support project delivery with a focus on PM, QA/QC, and technical review. Requirements: 5+ years as a Senior Electrical Engineer with similar responsibilities. Degree (BSc/BEng) in engineering or equivalent experience. MIEE or HNC/HND with experience; chartership or working towards it preferred. Experience in specification design for multiple building types. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Dialux, Amtech (Trimble), ETAP, Eracs, CDEGS, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of BS standards and Irish Health & Safety legislation. Full Irish driving licence. Fluent in English and eligible to work in Ireland. Managerial skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Consulting or construction background preferred. Ethical conduct and commitment to professional standards.
