Opportunity for an Intermediate Planner to join the Life Science team in Kildare. The Intermediate Planner will support Senior Planners and the Regional Planner with the planning and programming of design, procurement, and construction activities associated with the works. This role involves supporting programme and planning management during preconstruction and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support senior planners by defining the current programme position on all projects weekly/monthly; review programmes, outputs, and phasing regularly.
2. Help develop tracking schedules to maintain information and control the production of programmes by subcontractors.
3. Assist in developing the baseline contract programme, covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring all elements are logically linked with a critical path.
4. Ensure planning assumptions and decisions incorporate Sisk’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
5. Support the development of construction methodology to demonstrate techniques and sequencing for safe project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Membership of relevant professional body, where applicable.
2. 5+ years of experience in construction planning.
3. Experience using Project Frame Dashboard.
4. Teamwork experience preferred.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent IT skills.
7. Knowledge of industry best practices.
8. Relevant degree or diploma in construction management.
9. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
10. Training in presentation techniques.
11. Understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
