Job Title: Payroll and Compensation Lead
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Payroll and Compensation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the payroll function and related activities, ensuring compliance with Revenue legislation and Company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the payroll function and manage the efficient and effective operation of the payroll process.
* Maintain accurate master data records to ensure timely processing of payrolls.
* Prepare the site payroll budget and forecasts with support from the Head of Finance.
* Determine payroll accruals and prepare monthly payroll journals.
* Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on payroll performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee queries, liaising with HR on payroll matters, preparing communications, and performing additional duties as required.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need a strong background in payroll management, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to work. You will also need to have experience in developing process improvements and leading change initiatives.
