You will be part of a small team, collaborating closely with renowned kitchen brands to drive product sales.Please note that this is an in-office / showroom position and not a work-from-home role, as sales activities will require your presence in our showroom, our customer showrooms across the country and occasionally being on the road.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our premium kitchen products, educating and advising customers on their features and benefits.Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic sales initiatives.Represent Showtime Essential Kitchen Products at trade shows, events, and in-store demonstrations.Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive buying experience for all clients.Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.Manage multiple client accounts and tasks efficiently.Maintain a neat & professional appearance, as you will be front-of-house dealing with clients in the showroom.Daily on going admin such as order processing.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a similar field (kitchen or home improvement industry is desired not essential) or in a highly competitive sales environment.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.Ability to learn and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our products.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.Self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive approach to sales and client management.Excellent time management skills.Flexibility to travel as needed for showroom visits and client meetings.Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft officeProficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.Must already have the right to live and work in Ireland, as we are not able to provide visa sponsorship.Benefits:Competitive salary plus commission.4 weeks paid leave plus Irish public holidays.Company provided iPhone for sales communication.Generous employee discount on our range of appliances.Financial assistance for purchasing professional attire.Regular team social outings.Opportunities to travel for trainingOpportunity to work with a leading team in the premium kitchen appliance industry.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.Clear career progression paths and opportunities for advancement.Comprehensive training and onboarding program.Performance-based incentives and bonuses (end of year bonus).Probation Period:This position includes a 6-month probation period to ensure a good fit for both the employee and the company.
