Senior Business Analyst
We are hiring on behalf of a Life & Pensions client seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong track record in IT-enabled project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the elicitation, analysis, and management of business and functional requirements to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders through workshops and interviews to map, design, and document efficient business processesWork closely with IT, development, and operations teams to shape and deliver innovative, technology-enabled solutionsPrepare and maintain detailed documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and dashboards to ensure clarity and accessibilityFacilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support IT and business teams in adopting new systems and processesProactively contribute to identifying and managing project and delivery risksBuild strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycleOversee test planning, execution, and defect management in collaboration with QA teams, while supporting business UAT activitiesExecute and document testing activities to validate system performance and reliabilityQualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, ideally within the Financial Services sectorFamiliarity with Salesforce is a mustExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong planning and organisational abilities; experience working within Agile/Scrum teamsExperience writing user storiesExperience in Life/Pensions is a mustBusiness readiness documentation
