Job Title: Directorate Support Supervisor
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Directorate Support Supervisor. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Medical Directorate, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide a variety of administrative functions to the Medical Directorate, including clerical services, data management, and human resources.
* Data Management: Ensure that all data required for management information and HSE reports is captured and maintained at the highest quality.
* Human Resources: Maintain and update local clerical staff HR records, induct new staff into the Medical Directorate, and arrange access to necessary systems.
* Operational Management: Liaise with departments and administrators under your remit, monitor performance, and ensure sufficient staffing to deliver frontline services.
* Staff Development/Training: Maximise compliance with hospital mandatory training, identify own training needs, and participate in unit-based training programmes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Professional Qualifications: A relevant third-level qualification (Level 6 on the National Qualifications Framework) or equivalent experience.
* Experience: At least 5 years' experience as a Clerical Officer in the HSE, TUSLA, or a statutory health agency.
* Skills: Excellent keyboard skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and experience working in a healthcare environment.
