Job Description:
A strategic leader is required to drive reliable maintenance operations and ensure the efficient functioning of all production equipment. This key role will oversee the development and implementation of proactive maintenance strategies, minimizing equipment downtime and disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and improve maintenance processes to optimize asset performance
* Develop and manage budgets for effective resource allocation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results
* Evaluate and optimize spare part management to reduce costs and minimize delays
* Plan and execute outages in a safe and timely manner
* Assess and enhance departmental performance through data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or production settings
* 10+ years' experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical process plant
* In-depth knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, and Profibus protocols
* Familiarity with SCADA systems and process control systems for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
