Ecocem is positioned for significant growth ahead of the launch of its groundbreaking ACT technology in late 2026, which contains up to 70% less CO₂ than traditional cement and is globally scalable.
The Role
In preparation for this exciting growth trajectory, Ecocem is looking to appoint an experienced Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to significantly expand the brand's digital footprint and bring its story to new audiences worldwide.
The Senior Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager will build a best‑in‑class digital presence, positioning the company as a trusted market leader.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute with precision and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will lead all aspects of digital marketing, reporting to the Director of Communications and Brand, and working closely with in‑country communications and marketing colleagues and external agencies.
Role Responsibilities
Strategy: Devise and implement a global strategy to grow and expand the Company's digital presence.
Website: Deliver a new, cutting‑edge corporate website that positions the Company as a market leader in its sector.
Linked In: Expand social media reach, engagement, and influence, with a particular focus on Linked In.
Digital share of voice: Increase the Company's digital share of voice across core business topics and priority audiences.
Brand awareness: Leverage digital channels to rapidly and efficiently build global brand awareness.
SEO and AI: Ensure all digital platforms are fully optimised for SEO and emerging AI‑driven search and discovery.
Advertising & sponsorship: Plan and execute digital advertising and sponsorship campaigns to support brand and business objectives.
Copywriting and content creation: Develop high‑quality written content that optimises digital performance and brand positioning.
Agency management: Ensuring any agency support is managed effectively to achieve agreed objectives.
Requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven senior‑level experience in digital marketing and social media leadership with a minimum of three years in a similar role.
Demonstrable track record of growing reach and engagement, particularly on Linked In.
Strong experience delivering and managing best‑in‑class corporate websites.
Deep understanding of SEO, digital performance, and AI‑driven discovery.
Proven experience successfully delivering digital advertising and sponsorship initiatives to increase reach.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
