Working alongside the project team, responsibilities will include:
Leading all tendering activities within the Power & Renewables (High Voltage) division
Developing a strong understanding of the commercial aspects of each project
Collaborating with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to prepare comprehensive tender submissions and client value propositions
Attending and leading post-tender meetings
Coordinating interfaces between electrical and civil engineering disciplines during the tender process
Reviewing tender specifications and documentation, identifying requirements, and managing all bid deliverables
Managing client interactions throughout the tender and post-tender clarification stages
Compiling and evaluating technical submissions and coordinating final tender returns
Liaising with the Estimation team regarding associated commercial proposals
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and highlighting any observed non-conformances
Periodically reviewing work practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and risk management
Managing tender submission platforms and portals
Requirements:
Third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant industry experience
Minimum of three years’ experience in a related field
Proven High Voltage (HV) experience
Strong professional presence, capable of representing the organisation at senior-level meetings, presentations, and technical workshops
Excellent IT proficiency, including the preparation of reports and presentations
Experience managing multiple tenders across various disciplines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
