Marketing Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a third-level degree in Business, PR, Marketing or equivalent experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and briefing Point of Sale elements for weekly and promotional campaigns, coordinating and reporting on in-store product demonstrations, overseeing Facebook and Instagram competitions, and proofing and managing sections of our 300-page toy catalogue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and brief Point of Sale elements for weekly and promotional campaigns.
* Coordinate and report on in-store product demonstrations.
* Oversee Facebook and Instagram competitions, including briefing, reporting, and prize distribution.
* Proof and manage sections of our 300-page toy catalogue.
* Monitor and report on competitor activity.
* Support supplier marketing plans and social media content creation.
* Assist with various marketing duties throughout the year.
Requirements:
* A third-level degree in Business, PR, Marketing or equivalent experience.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Experience briefing artwork to design teams.
* A proactive, adaptable, and motivated attitude.
* A willingness to contribute to social media content creation.
