Collaborate with the Community Services Manager to lead the New Horizon Day Centre, ensuring excellent team supervision and coordination. Promote health and safety best practices, aligning with Rehab Care policies and procedures.
* Supervise programme facilitators and care workers to achieve exceptional results.
* Ensure meticulous adherence to health and safety protocols.
* Implement person-centred planning in line with established guidelines.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
A graduate degree in Health and Social Care or a related field is required. Relevant certifications include MAPA, Occupational First Aid, Manual Handling, and Infection Prevention. Experience in management, team supervision, and working with diverse populations is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include experience with mental health, physical, sensory, and ID disability support services.
