THE EMPLOYER - is a well established manufacturing facility located in Shannon. THE ROLE - working closely with the Financial Controller, this person will have the opportunity to work on both financial and management accounting across the business. DUTIES: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial accounts to corporate standards. Support annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial goals and objectives. Provide regular financial forecasts and variance analyses to support decision making. Manage the year end audits in accordance with company and statutory regulations Finance owner for capital projects Preparation and submission of ad-hoc reports for Division Manage Corporate approval for Capital Spending and reporting. REQUIREMENTS: A qualified accountant (practice or industry trained) From recently-qualified, up to 3 yrs PQE Industry experience in a MCN reporting environment desirable Strong commercial acumen with ability to contribute to commercial and strategic decision-making Strong on systems / ERP evaluation and upgrade Skills: Management Reporting Budgeting and Forecasting Audit Statutory Reporting Financial Statements Benefits: Health Insurance Pension Bonus Hybrid
