Program Manager - Alternative Investments - Asset / Investment Management
We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in implementing and support large Alternative Investments - Real Estate property management systems. The ideal person will have a strong technology and data background, good knowledge of Real Estate and strong knowledge of the system Yardi Voyager.
Your experience should include
* Good background in Funds - Alternative Investments, Real Estate, Private Equity, Assets, Securities Services, Hedge Funds.
* Product and Project Delivery, including integration, migration and systems support.
* Delivery, design, implement and support large Real Estate Asset-Investment management systems
* Strong change transformation background
* Good knowledge of product development
Strong knowledge with
* Investment Accounting modules including the accounting and valuation aspects of investment funds, including the calculation of the Net Asset Value (NAV) and various performance indicators.
* Data & ETL
